KD Home Furniture and Mattress provides limited warranty coverage for eligible furniture products purchased from kdhomefurniture.com by the original buyer.
Warranty Coverage
- Manufacturing defects: 1 year from the date of delivery
- Structural frame defects, where applicable: 3 years from the date of delivery
What This Warranty Covers
This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects that make the product structurally unsound, defective, or significantly different from the product description.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper assembly, unauthorized repairs or modifications, commercial use, damage caused by pets, moisture, heat, chemicals, accidents, improper cleaning, or damage caused during customer handling after delivery.
Warranty Resolution
If a product is confirmed to have a covered defect, we may provide replacement parts, repair support, replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution at our discretion.
How to Submit a Warranty Request
Contact info@kdhomefurniture.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging if applicable.
